Heavy-Duty Bag Closing Conveyor Systems
A professional bag closing conveyor system built around the Revo® RC Series sewing heads.
The system features a conveyor system with speed of 20 meters per minute (1000 bags per hour).
The sewing head is controlled using a powerful electromagnetic clutch brake combination to ensure prompt run stop response from the press or release of the electric foot pedal.
The screw lead inside the pillar is fully enclosed from dust. Rotating the wheel requires minimum effort to adjust the height of the sewing head from 250mm to 1000mm from the conveyor belt. Pillar with optional drive motor is also available to control sewing head height using an up/down electric switch.
Low speed electric motor (940rpm, 3 phase) for operating the conveyor belt produces enormous torque to carry several number of filled bags placed on the conveyor at the same time with ease.
Revo® BELT conveyor system is also available with specifications given by the customer and can also be used with other conveyor sewing heads

RC-8S - Single needle, two thread, single chain-stitch sewing head
The RC-8 sewing head is a rugged, simple to operate and efficient bag closing machine for conveyor systems. Simple mechanism for adjusting the stitch length from 5 mm to 9 mm makes the RC-8 ideal for stitching filled bags of all kinds of HDPE, PP, Jute, Hessian and various types of kraft-wall paper bags with synthetics or cotton thread.
The moving parts inside the machine are sealed against dirt and dust particles to ensure less maintenance is required than conventional conveyor bag closing sewing heads. It is used for closing mouths of bags filled with fertilizers, sugar, rice, flour, cattle feed etc. The mechanical cutter is available as standard in both the RC-8 models which helps severs the thread chain with ease after the bag has been securely stitched.
The RC-8 sewing head is available with a wide choice of slat or belt conveyor systems in various lengths. Conveyors can also be custom manufactured to different specified lengths. The machine also has provision of a variable speed pulley allows synchronization with existing conveyor systems. |

Revo® R-20HTC is a Plain Feed, Flat Bed, over-seaming stitch machine designed in particular to sew on thick carpets and rugs. Heavy presser foot and feed-dog mechanism gives the machines greater feeding power than other lightweight machines in the market. This also helps achieve smooth operation even when sewing on heaviest of materials.
This extra heavy duty machine is set-up to sew an 8mm stitch to completely cover the edge of material being used. However, the machine can also be modified to sew a 12mm stitch to give carpets the "wrap-around" curved-line sewing stitch. Special order machines can be set to provide the 12mm binding around the edges of the carpet. |

Revo® R-18 Series machines are ideal for seaming and hemming light to heavy weight material such as a jute or PP/PE woven cloth bag. These machines are designed for manufacturing HDPE/PE woven sacks and jumbo bags. The completely automatic and totally enclosed lubrication system in the R-18 machines operates using a force-fed gear pump and a pressure regulating valve. The oil lines from the pump direct the lubricant to the main moving parts and on return, the oil is efficiently recycled and pumped back into the system.
